On September 25, 2022, the final of the 17th China Postgraduate Electronic Design Competition of "Zhaoyi Innovation Cup" was officially opened online. More than 1700 students from 579 teams from 149 participating units in China brought the latest electronic research achievements and innovative products of intelligent hardware to participate in the final competition.
After careful evaluation by experts, the entry "Dual-channel Antenna Array for Correlation Interferometer DF System" of the guidance team (new folder team) of Professor Wang Zhengbin of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications won the first prize in the technical competition; meanwhile, Professor Wang Zhengbin won the Excellent Instructor Award in the national finals.
This entry is jointly developed by Professor Wang Zhengbin's team and our company, and produced by our company, already applied for commercial use.
The competition officially started in March this year, and a total of 5,824 teams successfully signed up for the competition. After careful organization of the eight major competition areas in the country and more than a month of fierce competition, 579 teams stood out and advanced to the national finals, and the scale of the competition reached a record high.
The theme of this competition is "Zhihui Youth, Dream Burning", which is divided into two parts: technical competition and business plan competition.
Jointly sponsored by Tsinghua University, Huawei and China Electronics Society in 1996, China Graduate Electronic Design Competition is a group electronic design innovation and creative practice activity for graduate students nationwide, and is a mainstream competition actively participated by universities and research institutes nationwide. At the beginning of the competition, the competition established the development idea of "taking enterprises as the main driving force", such as enterprise financial support, enterprise participation in design topics, enterprise participation in evaluation, and enterprise providing entrepreneurship and employment opportunities for outstanding participants, so that enterprises can become the main driving force of this innovative competition. This development idea makes the competition always closely integrated with the development of China's electronic information industry, and also becomes a high-value industry-education integration bridge connecting enterprises and universities in the field of electronic information, effectively promoting the cultivation of innovative talents in the field of electronic information in China.
